Deliver

- Fee: 20% of the candidate’s first-year salary

Exclusive
For clients who wish to engage as us their partner agency, to conduct a thorough search of the active and passive market - and provide the strongest candidates. This retains the option to hire directly, whilst we are engaged to recruit for you.

- External market search for passive and active candidates
- Candidate experience reporting
- Cultural fit assessments (psychometric profiling). Optional.
- Fee: 18% of the candidate’s first-year salary
- Rebate: 12-weeks
- Upfront Cost: £2,500 (deducted from final placement fee)
Partner
For clients who wish to engage us as their partner agency, to conduct a thorough search of the active and passive market and provide the strongest candidates. We handle all recruitment activities, where any direct candidates sourced intentionally or otherwise (it can happen!) by the client are passed to Beyond The Book as their recruitment partner. Our most popular service.

We conduct in-depth, role-neutral, conversations with candidates to understand their experience, motivations, values, and working style. We only introduce people we genuinely believe will thrive in your team and environment.
What happens if the person we hire doesn’t work out?
We offer a rebate period for peace of mind and always look to understand what went wrong. Our aim is to build long-term partnerships, so we’ll work with you to make it right. Our rebates are up to 6 months, depending on the service level agreed.
How long does the process usually take from briefing to hire?
Typically, we present a shortlist within 2 weeks, and from there, the timeline depends on interviews, notice periods, and offer stages. We’ll guide you through each step to keep things moving smoothly.
Can you help us with multiple hires or team builds?
Yes, we regularly support clients with multi-role recruitment drives and team builds. We can tailor a plan to suit your timescales, budgets, and internal resource.
