My expertise lies in permanent recruitment in Creative & Design, Artwork & Production, Film & Motion and Creative Operations, and I work with clients and candidates within agency and in-house across the UK.

I have 22 years industry experience (12 years in marketing agencies, 10 years in creative recruitment)

I work on junior through to director level opportunities and with people who add value in their thinking and their craft. I also support undergrads kick start their career, through University, College and Birmingham Design Festival partnerships.

During my advertising years, I registered with BTB as a candidate and when they were looking to recruit from the industry, I put my hand up and I’ve not looked back. Every day I get to use my knowledge and experience from my agency days in helping me understand the needs of my clients and candidates. I understand the importance of great working culture, and I love helping people find a new role they are genuinely excited about and that truly helps their career.
