I provide an internal support service to our very lovely and talented bunch of consultants, providing them with administrative support. Nothing makes me happier than knowing I am enabling them to focus on the activity they are brilliant at – partnering with clients to find exceptional talent, which in turn enables the success of their businesses and ensures candidates are serviced at the highest level.

I have spent my career in IT service delivery, listening to what people need in the workplace to be productive, and then leading IT teams to deliver technology that meets those needs. At my heart, my passion was for delivering service myself and enabling others and so I joined BTB to do just that!

When not working I can be found mainly eating, sleeping, or trying to find something I have lost!
