As part of the senior team, my key responsibilities are focussed on the current and future performance of the business overall and how this is delivered through our team of excellent consultants, sound planning and ongoing review.
Beyond The Book partners with clients to recruit exceptional candidates into Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Sales, Operations, HR and Talent, as well as helping companies to deliver their own best-practise recruitment, through our Consultancy Services.
We believe strongly in ‘smart’ recruitment and how we can break the mould of a traditionally high-volume and, typically, low-quality industry. As a management team, we work hard to create the environment, processes, support and time for our consultants to work ‘smart’ and fully commit to helping our clients find fantastic, talented people, who have not only the right skills and competencies but are a great fit culturally, for their organisation.
I do love a spreadsheet, but don’t hold it against me! I’m involved in Beyond The Book's recruitment and team development - so not all numbers!! I am also a career coach, working with individuals on career clarity and change, and also regularly help to facilitate leadership courses for a range of organisations.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, walking my dog and playing tennis at an extremely mediocre level.
