Account Manager

Are you an agency Account Manager, looking for a position where you can play a key role in the growth and strategy of your clients? Do you love being part of a smaller agency team, but appreciate the security of a large agency? This opportunity comes with an excellent salary package which is flexible for the right candidate (full details to be discussed with suitable candidates) and is based 2 days per week (Tue and Wed) near Cirencester with 3 at home, should you want it.

The Agency and Opportunity

This agency is on a mission to grow and with growth comes opportunity, which is why they are looking to strengthen their client services team to help them achieve their mission. An independent agency, 160 strong across 4 locations, this role is focused within a small but ambitious team. They want to be winning awards and attracting new clients whilst continuing to develop great work and fostering lasting relationships with their existing clients!

An Account Manager is a pivotal role in the team – a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done. You’re all over the detail, all of the time, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Your role will be leading and managing the day-to-day implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (both on and offline) across their client portfolio and agency teams. You’ll be great at ensuring the project team is on schedule, pulling timing plans together, managing multiple projects under pressure and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

About You

• At least 2 years experience in an agency environment, preferably with B2B
• Integrated with demonstrable experience of running a variety of projects across multiple channels
• Organised and excellent Project Manager
• Can-do attitude and approach
• Content management/production experience demonstrating knowledge of digital, print and media
• Knowledge of CRM systems and HubSpot a bonus!
