As the world, and specifically Beyond The Book, ventures into a whole new year, we focus on what we can carry on doing and what we can improve. Be relevant: Improve our ability to communicate in a relevant and personalised way with the introduction of a shiny, new and more advanced database

Be competitive: Keep our fees competitive and continue to demonstrate our value for money to all clients who engage us

Be brave: We wish to work only with clients who value a close and inclusive working relationship. Success is all in the planning and knowledge at the outset

Be proactive: For client partners, we resolve to always raise awareness of candidates that fit your business, and for job seekers we resolve to listen and advise you as to the most relevant job roles and clients who’d love you. We are not just about the one job you applied for (that may not be right for you)

Be able to deliver: 2018 will see us raising our profile more than ever before, to ensure we continuously attract fantastic candidates to be able to deliver on all our client's needs
