The Role

This Digital Solution Strategist with report directly into the Head of Strategy and will work alongside an established Strategist to plan and execute the very best digital solutions for a selection of top-notch clients.

This role will collaborate with a dedicated Client Partner and Project Manager to structure roadmaps to execute digital experiences and solutions – so, if you’re after something that will broaden your digital expertise and will give you a more diverse outlook on digital than just web and app build projects this could be the role for you.

You’ll lean heavily on the Design and Development functions to sketch and validate user experiences, in line with the needs of a brand’s customers and their commercial goals at the heart. In a nutshell, the day to day will consist of (but is by no means limited to);

  • Working closely with clients to understand their business, strategic goals and objectives
  • Understand areas of opportunity and focus for clients
  • Defining strategic visions and roadmaps for clients
  • Partner with client’s customer and users to understand their experiences, pain points and areas of opportunity when interacting with the clients brand
  • Collaborate with design and development to ensure deliverables are aligned to the strategic vision
  • Acting as overall strategic project lead across a range of clients

About You

This role is a pivotal part of the strategy team as well as the wider agency, and as such we’re looking for a real superstar. Ideally, you’ll have some previous agency experience, but more importantly than that, you’ll be commercially aware with a natural ability for problem-solving.

You may have come from a Digital Product Manager/owner background with a solid understanding of digital technologies and solutions. We’re not looking for Developers, but an understanding of UX/UI, app development and digital architecture and engineering is vital with this role.

We also need a ‘people person’; this is a fully immersive and interactive role where you’ll be the main point of contact for some big, household brands, they’ll be leaning on you and relying on your expertise to drive their digital strategy, so confident and inspiring communication skills will be key!
