If you love working with top-notch colleagues and industry professionals to deliver outstanding digital solutions for an array of clients - and account management for you has relationship building at its core - look no further!
Our client is a forward-thinking, progressive agency based in Central Birmingham.
Set in a stunning, sympathetically modernised building, our client is easily commutable from Warwick, Leamington, Stratford, Birmingham and surrounding areas, and within only a stone's throw from the nearest train station; this really is a great opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded agencies in this buzzing city.
This is a role all about building outstanding long-term relationships with clients. As a commercially minded, motivated Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be instrumental in on-boarding new clients and working alongside project managers to see through the slick and effective delivery of key client projects.
Here it's all about digital solutions, from websites to apps and so much more, you'll be passionate about digital and the tech sector, and enjoy talking to clients about how to get the very best results.
Working as the commercial ambassador for your client, internally and externally, you will ensure contact reports of all interactions are recorded and shared, monitor and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and take the lead on post-project review, playing an integral role in quarterly/6 month/annual reviews with client and wider team.
In a nutshell, your day to day will look a little like this:
- Awareness of your clients short/medium/long term strategic, business and personal objectives and plans
- Defining a strategic plan to achieve targets, objectives and plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across their business
- Retain and constantly grow your client's business
- Forecast and commit to annual revenue and profit margin targets
- Working with the Group Account Director, you'll help identify training needs for the team in order to help with personal development

Here culture is key, so you'll be a real team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
