We're looking for driven and experienced Senior Account Managers to help define and shape the direction of this growing agency. With a small, but perfectly formed and growing team of 7, and based in Central Birmingham within throwing distance of the nearest train station, this is a really great opportunity to define your career in marketing, surrounded by passionate industry experts.
With experienced Directors now at the helm, this agency has been on a journey over the last 10 years and is now on a clear path to deliver on their vision, which is to deliver outstanding integrated marketing campaigns (with a focus on digital, and specifically inbound and lead gen activity) for a host of established B2B clients across a variety of industries.
Working with a loyal and passionate team, these guys have built a fantastic culture around them, and offer a really great next move for someone looking to become 'more than just a number'.
This is a truly strategic Senior Account Manager role. You'll be responsible for mapping out the very best marketing strategies that genuinely deliver on clients wants and needs.
As an established or aspiring SAM, you'll come with previous agency experience, and will be ready to learn and adapt in order to deliver client expectations. Day-to-day your role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across a wide range of industry sectors
- Understanding clients' goals and creating an integrated marketing strategy that focuses on meeting them
- Managing the day-to-day elements of marketing campaigns and liaising with the wider team and external support
- Presenting research and marketing strategies to prospects and clients
The key focus here is Marketing campaigns that deliver on ROI; areas of specialism include content led, inbound campaigns, so if you have any experience of platforms such as Hubspot, this would be a huge advantage (although not essential).
