An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing professional with Healthcare sector experience to take their strong relationship skills and Healthcare knowledge to a highly reputable Marketing agency in Cheltenham.

They are now a 13 strong, well-structured team of Account Management, Design, Development and planning resource who enjoy working mainly on leading Retail and Healthcare brands. The agency is totally integrated, offering intelligent Marketing and Design solutions, grounded in rigorous insight and planning.

Based on their secure and profitable platform, the agency is now preparing to push through a period of growth that will further bolster the agency for stability in the future, so, a very exciting time to join the team and really make an impression in an agency that will grow and provide great creative going forward. Healthcare is a specialist sector for the agency and due to continued growth they are now looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join the team.

The Role

This is an Account Management role, so the focus will be on developing and growing client relationships in the Healthcare team. Any output would be through the line and dependent on client objectives, so could include HCP engagement and education through developing CPD, TV advertising to consumers, eCRM, digital and offline advertising, packaging design, etc. The agency is growing a project management team to support the delivery of projects, so you can focus on consultative relationship management and growth.

Their long-standing relationships in the Health Team includes UK and international delivery and you will have the chance to work on some incredible brands and work alongside the Health Director in shaping the future relationship of the accounts.

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you will be comfortable working alongside clients in their offices, presenting new ideas, developing new opportunities for growth within existing relationships and ensuring smooth running of the accounts.

About You

You will already be established in a marketing team or within an agency, working with or for Healthcare brands - 3 to 5 years would be perfect! This will enable you to bring expertise in Health, understanding the regulatory process, and helping creative navigate delivering great ideas against a regulated backdrop. Your Healthcare experience could be in Rx, OTC, with the NHS or private medical providers.

You will have a consultative nature at your core. Also:

  • Able to develop and write creative briefs
