This is an Account Management role, with a focus on client relationship management, working across several busy accounts including a number of consumer health brands. The Account Management team is focussed on developing strong partnerships through collaboration and providing a consultative service to deliver agency expertise to its clients. Being the core relationship managers, the Account Management team lead the direction of the accounts and are focused on maintaining and growing performance.
As an Account Manager, you will be working alongside clients in their offices, presenting new ideas, developing new opportunities for growth within existing relationships and ensuring the smooth running of the accounts.
Joining the team will give a solid account handler the opportunity to work alongside the senior client services team in shaping the future relationship of the accounts.
You could be a Senior AE looking to make the step up, proven and confident, or an experienced AM looking for a new challenge. You are naturally curious and inquisitive with a real drive to make things better and delight clients.
With a minimum of 2 years' experience in agency account management, you can demonstrate a track record in developing accounts and strong relationships, provide guidance and support for clients, and help clients to achieve success.
