Joining the team will give an experienced Digital Marketing Manager the opportunity to flex their analytical, technical and strategic skills across a range of accounts and objectives through paid search, paid social, performance metrics, and organic social and digital content.
As this agency starts to expand a dedicated Digital Marketing Team, you will be able to help shape its growth. You'll be reporting to the CEO, so you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will enjoy taking responsibility for the management of all digital channels for agency clients and the agency's own digital marketing - covering PPC, Paid and Organic Social, Content Management and elements of Email Marketing. Channel activity should sit on a bedrock of insight and so you will be using the data created in your team to develop strategy, improve tactics, create test and learn plans and ultimately create better outcomes for our clients.
You will be able to show and grow your management skills, mentoring and managing a Digital Marketing Executive (with the ability to recruit more as the department grows), with the input and support of an analysis focussed account handler, and work alongside the creative team to ensure high-quality content is produced and implemented.
Your career to date (minimum 4 years) will have enabled you to develop a well-rounded set of tools and you will be looking to start stepping into the spotlight and leading your own team, building it up through developing growth opportunities with existing clients while using your skills to support the sales team in acquiring new clients.
At the core of everything you do should be an analytical mind, providing account teams and clients with insights from reporting, that develops opportunities for improvement, and growth.
You will need to be confident and comfortable pushing the boundaries of social, in delivering local location targeted content as well as national activity. An interest in or experience of delivering global social and PPC will be a benefit. Specific experience needs to include:
- BI Dashboard creation and management - Google Data Studio / Power BI or similar
- Google certification for PPC
- Expert Facebook Ads Practitioner - Ad Management, Targeting and Audience Creation
- Expertise in Organic Social
- Expert user of website CMS and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, WordPress)
