Working closely with the Head of Client Services, you'll be an instrumental part of the client servicing team delivering on client expectations across a variety of digital projects, everything from branding and design to complex web projects, social and search.
You'll be part of a creative and collaborative team that includes Designers, Developers and digital marketing experts, so the ability to work together as a team is paramount. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, a sound knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing will be vital, specifically around Search, SEO and PPC.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing excellent relationships with clients and be a primary day-to-day contact
- Helping the client services team deliver across the digital spectrum, to include web design and build projects, content strategies, search and email campaigns and more
- Supporting the wider team with the co-ordination of multiple projects simultaneously, dealing with the wider teams to achieve against the digital plans Thinking commercially at all times, upsell and cross-sell services where applicable and appropriate
The successful candidate for this role will be first and foremost a team player with exceptional communication skills.
