As the Senior Digital Account Manager (or Account Director), you will be the lead in developing client strategies, and you'll take full responsibility for seeing through digital campaigns and web projects from start to finish. You'll have a hunger too for driving revenue and seeing success.
As a pivotal member of this established digital team, you'll manage and strengthen relationships with clients, and become their trust digital advisor (so, a passion for people as well as digital will be fundamental in the success of this role).
As the face of the business to an interesting and varied selection of clients, it goes without saying that you'll be calm under pressure (ideally operating with honesty and humility).
You'll be a proper digital 'keeno' with a strong desire to keep learning! Whilst you'll already have a strong grounding in the digital landscape, you'll be keen to actively improve your knowledge and skills and will enjoy sharing and talking about your learnings with the wider team.
This Senior Digital Account Manager is a critical part of the wider team, and as such requires someone with prior experience as an Account Manager within a digital agency. You'll ideally have an understanding of digital campaign management across search and social, as well as the ability to manage the delivery of web and CMS projects.
Of course, you'll be commercially minded too and always looking for ways to improve processes and experiences for the client.
