Mentoring and leading from the front must be your passion, invigorating junior members of the team, imparting your experience and ultimately producing award winning creative.
Working with clients on a global scale, you will be able to showcase your experience working on international B2B campaigns across branding, digital, advertising, art direction, film and animation. Not only must you be all about the idea, but you must love the craft and attention to detail behind every campaign, small or large.
- Foster collaborative and productive working relationships between the account handling teams and creative ensuring communication is always at its best
- To always promote integrated and interactive creativity to provide high-quality, brand-led experience across multiple platforms
- Be accountable for forecast budgets relating to the creative team, including known income, new business targets, overheads and anticipated contribution to group turnover and profitability
- As lead 'brand guardian' for clients, make sure that sure that all deliverables fully reflect both their guidelines and their brief
