Our client is an amazing creative agency with offices in the US and a UK office in central Birmingham. They are a transatlantic team of around 30. Their talent and innovation drive them to work with exciting global brands, delivering insight, brand strategy, planning, social, digital, cutting edge creative and marketing communications. They are very passionate about the brands they work with and are currently looking for more creative people to join their inspiring team.
As Art Director / Designer you will report to the Global Creative Director and work alongside other Designers as well as strategists and client services. The whole agency team is very collaborative, and the work is highly creative and strategic, so your ideas will be heard, and you will be encouraged to continuously elevate your skills. You will focus on one brand in the main, however, the brand is very exciting, and the scope of creative and design work is huge, you will find yourself creating campaign concepts and design for direct mail and email, online/social engagement, experiential, packaging, and various marketing collateral.
You are an ideas-driven Designer with a passion for brands and multi-channel marketing. You love being creative and crafting impactful designs with your eye on the bigger picture. You have spent a few years in an agency and want to continue your career in an agency. You have a portfolio of concepts and design that you have truly enjoyed creating. You'd love to work with awesome people who will encourage you to do great work.
