The Company

Our client specialises in the medical technology sector, supporting their clients with marketing, business consultancy, branding, creative and design for printed and digital communications. Creative thinking and problem solving is at the heart of everything they do. Having started out 5 years ago this talented team have quickly established themselves in the industry and have a growing client base. There is now a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or early Middleweight Graphic Designer to join the team and become an integral part of the agency. This new role is a great long-term opportunity where you can develop your graphic design skills with potential to also develop in motion graphics, video editing and 3D visualisation.

The Role

Your energy and enthusiasm will fit in perfectly with this friendly team! You will work alongside the Creative Director, Marketing Director and Business Director, and as a small team, everyone is hands on. They have created a lovely collaborative working culture where you have the chance to work with talented and passionate industry professionals. You will confidently produce contemporary design for brochures, leaflets, exhibition graphics, social media graphics, web banners, landing pages and HTML Email. You will work with existing designs and create new ones, supporting the Creative Director on larger projects. You will also benefit from flexible working hours as they know how variable client demands can be.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years industry experience
  • Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience in After Effects, Premier Pro and Cinema4D would be an advantage or the desire to learn
  • Strong awareness of deadlines and project timings, able to hit your deadlines
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
