This evolving Planning and Strategy team sits closely between Client Services and Creative to act as a dual function - working on strategy and planning projects to support client business whilst also working internally with the studio teams to support creative planning. We are looking for a talented mid-weight who will report directly into the Head of Strategy and Planning and will work across multi-channel communications strategies, campaigns and sectors.
Work will vary as this team perform a dual function; working with Client Services on strategy and planning projects directly for clients, whilst also working internally with Studio teams to aid and develop conceptual creative planning and development. We're looking for a brilliant mind, but also a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to the detail and confidently cope with sometimes challenging campaigns and clients.
The work is fast, furious and fun and so you will need experience, energy and enthusiasm to use a range of skills from creative to the analytical and executional.
- You'll be comfortable analysing big data and turning it into meaningful and useful insights
- Knowledgeable enough to have a point of view about thought leadership topics relevant to our industry and our clients
- Confident presenting your strategy to senior clients
- Capable of collaborating in pitch teams

This role is not strictly defined, and by the nature of the business will be fluid and organic; the right person will have the opportunity to shape how the role grows and develops over time
